The team in the kitchen works with Dutch seasonal produce and tries to keep it organic whenever possible. The dishes are simple and full of flavor with a limited number of ingredients on a plate. The Dutch shrimp with spring vegetables, butter lettuce, chives, sauce of Dutch shrimp and garlic butter and the Belly Bacon with Albert's award-winning meatballs, apple, Brussels sprouts, pearl onion and savory are absolute favorites. You can also choose a 4- or 5-course menu with (or without) matching wines.
Opening hours
d'Vijff Vlieghen is open Monday through Sunday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
