Ceviche is a fish dish with South American roots. Different types of fish can be used for this, which, when cooked in citrus juice, get a very delicate and firm structure. So on the menu at Sjefietse you can expect many different kinds of ceviche but you can also go there for other tasty fish dishes, appetizers and a good glass of wine or beer. The restaurant is the result of a collaboration between four top restaurateurs, responsible for Jacobsz, Fishbar Monk and Roast, among others. So we can be confident that this will be a new hotspot in Amsterdam.
The official opening of Sjefietshe is scheduled for early June. Then you will be able to dine and drink until late. Keep an eye on Amsterdam Magazine for more news!
