Restaurant Bolenius brings the eat local thought into practice by cooking with various vegetables and herbs from their own vegetable garden located next to the restaurant. With this urban garden, they ensure not only exceptional freshness of ingredients for in their dishes but also increased sustainability.
On the menu at Bolenius
The modern menu uses as many innovative techniques and seasonal locally sourced products as possible. Inspiration comes from all over the world and is translated into minimalist Dutch dishes, which they aptly call New Amsterdam cuisine. Be surprised by the chef and his team with a 3-course lunch or opt for a 5- or 7-course dinner. Expect beautiful dishes such as Sea bass with rosehip, red pepper and rhubarb and Lamb with asparagus, mullet roe and bacon jerky.
Opening hours
Bolenius is open Monday through Friday for lunch from noon to 2:30 p.m. and for dinner from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.. On Saturday, you can visit from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
