Originally from Berlin, the breakfast and lunch joint Factory Girl makes tasty, Instagram-worthy vegan dishes. A feast for the stomach and picture for the eye. The menu consists of sweet and savory dishes such as a poached egg with bacon and avocado, a vegetarian bruschetta with hummus, avocado and beet spread and the Coco Anjéla, a kind of panna cotta consisting of a vegetable cream, sweetened with vanilla extract and a touch of coconut sugar and apple-cinnamon or pumpkin-pecan or banana with chocolate, among others.
In the middle of the Amsterdam Pijp area. Halfway down Saenredamstraat, side street of Ferdinand Bolstraat, you'll find Factory Girl, a modernly decorated lunch store with old furniture and homemade accessories where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast at any time of the day. Recommended is to start breakfast or lunch with the addictively delicious dessert Coco Anjéla, a gluite free and completely vegan treat.
Owner Sofia Sözen; "After the success in Berlin, I knew I wanted to open a second branch in Amsterdam. I am really completely in love with this city. The friendly and open minded people make me feel at home. I enjoy every second and get incredibly energized by this city."
