The Harbour Club Kitchen

Located at one of the most beautiful spots on the waterfront in Oud-Zuid you will find The Harbour Club Kitchen, a gem of a restaurant and bar, where chef Mark Vaessen, under the watchful eye of Akira Oshima - former sushi chef of restaurant Yamazato - prepares the best meat and freshest fish dishes. Simply and purely prepared. Meat from the open Josper Grill, chicken from the rôtissoire, sole baked in butter, lobster from the grill. For meat lovers there is wagyu from the Japanese Black breed. The interior, through the use of robust materials, is tough and rebellious at the same time. Weather permitting, the convertible roof slides open and turns the restaurant into a large sun terrace. The Harbour Club Kitchen is intense enjoyment of good food and fine wines in the atmospheric surroundings of the Berlage neighborhood.
