For a few days in May, RIJKS restaurant will be transformed into Indonesia's best restaurant, Locavore. Trading Places is a unique cooking event where guests can imagine themselves in Bali for a little while. And guests in Bali exactly the other way around. This is not only logistically but especially creatively challenging for the chefs. A new environment, new ingredients and new guests to offer an unforgettable culinary experience. The Locavore menu at RIJKS by chefs Eelke Plasmeijer and Ray Adriansyah will consist of a 6 course lunch and an even more extensive 8 course dinner.

"Since our last visit in 2017, we have been trying to develop a guest chef idea and do something special. Trading Spaces is definitely shaking out the concept, as it has never been done before and a challenging idea - the perfect formula for a rock n roll style event! We are super excited to bring Locavore back to Amsterdam. Chef Joris will also love bringing RIJKS® to Bali, everyone is really pumped to experience this. " Says Eelke Plasmeijer
