Starting April 17, 2025, De Kromhouthal in Amsterdam will open its doors for The Formula 1 Exhibition, a traveling exhibition that takes motorsports enthusiasts on an interactive journey through the world of Formula 1. After successful editions in cities such as Madrid, Vienna, Toronto and London, it is now the Netherlands' turn. This exhibition, which has already won the 'Best Visitor Experience' award in London, promises a unique experience with historic race cars, state-of-the-art simulators and exclusive film footage.

The exhibition focuses a special spotlight on Dutch motorsports history. From the legendary Zandvoort circuit to the impressive achievements of drivers like Max Verstappen, who has taken the sport to unprecedented heights in the Netherlands with four world titles. Visitors can relive iconic moments, such as Romain Grosjean's dramatic crash in 2020, whose wreckage has become a symbol of safety innovations in F1. In addition, the Design Lab offers a behind-the-scenes look at designing a Formula One car, with contributions from top teams such as Red Bull and Mercedes.

Robert Doornbos, former F1 driver and ambassador for the exhibition, enthused, "It is an honor to offer fans this unique experience and bring the magic of Formula One to life."

With the sport's growing popularity in the Netherlands, thanks in part to Verstappen and his "Orange Army," Amsterdam is a logical choice as the sixth stop on this worldwide tour. Combining history, technology and experience, The F1 Exhibition promises to be an unmissable event for both seasoned fans and newcomers to the world of motorsport.

Tickets go on sale through the official website starting Feb. 26, 2025, with prices starting at €31.50 for adults and €17.50 for children.
