Italian fashion photographer Gian Paolo Barbieri (75) is exhibiting at Gallery Eduard Planting through March 8. The exhibition "Arte e Eleganza" features a selection of classic black-and-white portraits and colorful photographs of stylish, iconic women. Barbieri has a sublime sense of aesthetics and styling. Starting in 1965, he worked for Vogue Italia and fashion houses such as Armani, Versace, Yves Saint Laurent, Ferré and Dolce & Gabbana. Numerous style icons, including Audrey Hepburn, Sophia Loren, Jerry Hall and Monica Bellucci, were in front of his camera.
