At this gem of a restaurant and bar, chef Mark Vaessen, overseen by Akira Oshima – formerly the sushi chef at restaurant Yamazato – prepares the best meats and freshest seafood. Everything is prepared purely and simply. There’s meat from the open Josper Grill, rotisserie chicken, sole fried in butter, and grilled lobster. For meat lovers, there is wagyu from the Japanese Black breed. Robust building materials make the interior tough and rebellious at the same time. When the weather is nice the convertible roof slides open, turning the restaurant into a large sun terrace.
